1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or purchasing any product or service from Documentary Film Academy (DFA), a brand owned by Sunrock Films Ltd., you agree to these terms and all applicable laws. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this site or purchase any content or service.

You’re granted a limited license to access downloadable materials for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

3. Coaching Services
Purchases of coaching sessions with Sebastian (1:1 or group) are subject to the following:

Scheduling: You’ll receive a booking link after payment. Sessions must be booked within 90 days.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be rescheduled or refunded.

Scope: Coaching is advisory only. No hands-on production work is included.

Results: DFA does not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching (including funding, success, or recognition).

Confidentiality: Project information shared in coaching will be kept private unless you provide written consent.

Recording: Sessions may not be recorded or shared without prior consent. DFA will not record sessions unless agreed in advance.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All purchases (courses, coaching, memberships) are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated at point of sale.

If a technical error prevents delivery, DFA may offer a replacement or refund at its discretion.

DFA reserves the right to refuse service, suspend access, or issue refunds in cases of misuse or breach of these terms.

DFA materials are provided “as is.” No warranty is made regarding accuracy, outcomes, or suitability for a specific purpose. DFA is not a formal educational institution and does not issue accredited certificates or qualifications.
Using any DFA content does not guarantee success in the film industry, project funding, or revenue generation.
